Support Services

Whether you have just a single PC or a complete network, your system will need to be looked after. In the event of a problem, we will respond to a telephone call/email with a view to resolving the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Each business is different and has different requirements and throughout the year individual firms will have differing needs and demands for IT help.

As part of our installation process, we can (at your request) connect to and control your PC from our offices, bringing support, help and advise as if we were sitting in front of your machine.
