Silver Support Contract
This covers all telephone queries and onsite support
visits for:-
- the network operating systems - Windows
2000/2003/2008 Server
- the workstation operating systems - Windows
98/2000/NT/XP/Vista
- the Exchange email system
- the Internet Browsing system
- the Antivirus software system (not the repairing of
virus damage)
- the backup system
- all computer hardware on a 'at cost' price
replacement basis
This service assumes you have a network administrator on
site who would monitor the operation of the network and
report faults. They will act as first line support for your
staff and administer new and amended users. They will also
be checking backups and be able to restore data if
necessary.
This level of contract works on a reactive basis - if you
report a fault then we will make sure we respond within 8
working hours to either resolve the issue or to provide
temporary solutions until we can fix the problem.
