Gold Support Contract
This covers all telephone queries and on site support
visits for your:-
- network operating systems - Windows 2000/2003
Server.
- the workstation operating systems - Windows
95/98/2000/ME/NT/XP.
- the Exchange Mail system.
- the Internet Dialling system.
- the anti virus software system (not the repairing of
virus damage).
- the backup system.
- all computer hardware on a cost price replacement
basis.
- 1/2 Day engineer on-site time per quarter.
- weekly remote access dial in for maintenance
inspection and tidy up of server.
- anti virus update responsibility.
- virus damage repair.
- daily backup responsibility.
- user administration responsibility.
This contract is for people who do not have or do not
wish to have an internal network administrator. We would
take the responsibility for the daily running of the
network.
