Silver Support Contract
This covers all
telephone queries and on site support visits for your:-
- network operating systems - Windows 2000/2003 Server
- the workstation operating systems - Windows 95/98/2000/ME/NT/XP
- the Exchange Mail system
- the Internet Dialling system
- the anti virus software system (not the repairing of virus damage)
- the backup system
- all computer hardware on a cost price replacement basis

| This service assumes you
have a network administrator on site who would monitor the operation of the
network and report faults, act as first line support for your staff and
administer new and amended users. They would also be checking backups and be
able to restore data if necessary. This works on a reactive
basis - if you report a fault then we will respond within 8 working hours to
resolve the issue or to provide temporary solutions until we can fix the
problem.
